Here is the questionnaire for prospective puppy owners which I would ask you to complete and return after we've had a chance to chat. You can print it out and snail-mail it back, or return it via email as a document or scan, either is fine. The questionnaire will help me get to know you better and aid in determining the best pup for each family.  It should also give you some idea of the level of time and energy commitment a PWD requires. The puppies will be temperament tested and evaluated for structure and matched with their future families based on preferences for sex, coat type and lifestyle.  If we don’t have just the right pup for you we will gladly assist you in locating other breeders to contact.

After I have met with you and evaluated the questionnaire, I’ll have a better idea if we might have a puppy for you. Finding perfect lifetime homes for my puppies is my only objective—if things aren’t right for you, then it won’t be right for the puppy either.
