May 2010-- India has completed her Open agility titles and picked up her first Excellent STD and JWW titles at the Sno-King trial. She is now U-CH CH Astrud’s Mood Indigo OAP OJP NAC TN-N TG-N RN.
January 2010-- India had a great weekend at the Portland Agility Club trial in Ridgefield. She had eight beautiful runs with 5 Qs, and earned her AKC NoviceP titles, plus her first letgs in Open jumpers and Novice Fast as well. India is now U-CH CH Astrud’s Mood Indigo NAP NJP NAC TN-N TG-N RN.
October 2009--Sailor earned her Apprentice Water Dog Title in Arizona at the Rio Salgado PWD club trial. Conditions were less than optimal with howling winds. Sailor passed AWD both days, but her handler passed only the second day, failing the team the first day with an early recall. Poor Martha was sick so Mandy did the handling. Sailor is now CH Astrud’s Sea of Love AWD RN.
August 30, 2009--We had a wonderful weekend at the PNWPWDC water trials near Enumclaw, WA. Pansy earned Junior Water Dog, Rebel got Apprentice Water Dog, and my dear Bella completed Courier Water Dog the first time in Courier for both Bella and me. She is such a fantastic girl--what a worker!
Pansy is now Astrud Peace Love and Flower Power JWD, Rebel is U-CH CH Astrud's Lookout Rebel Yell NA NAJ RN AWD, and Bella is U-CD Int/Am CH Stargazer's Astrud Isabella CD RA CWD SROM.
June 14, 2009--Rebel finished his NAJ agility title on Saturday and moved up to Open on Sunday where he Qd with a second place! Way to go Rebbie!
May 26, 2009--India finished her AKC championship today in Idaho. She is so relieved to be done with the breed ring, and now can get a haircut and concentrate on the fun stuff like agility!
April 4, 2009--So pleased to report that Rebel took Best of Winners and Best of Breed on Saturday at Centralia under Judge Gammill to finish his AKC Championship! Many thanks to Jessie for her dedication to this sweet boy and congratulations to her on her owner-groomed and owner-handled Champion. Rebel is now Ch Astrud's Lookout Rebel Yell NA RN JWD.
February 2009--Mojo has passed his Canine Good Citizen Test at the tender age of barely 9 months, and he's the first in his litter to do so! Congratulation to Mojo and Clo for a great job.
